A very popular bilingual cookbook that has been a favorite of expats for years. Recipes are taken from the kitchens of AWA members and also includes a section on Indonesian cuisine favorites.

A Jakarta Market

This useful bilingual resource helps the newcomer to identify various fruits, vegetables, fish and other items sold in traditional markets and supermarkets throughout Indonesia. Numerous illustrations simplify the identification of unfamiliar items for newcomers. A helpful reference is included for your kitchen staff.

These titles are all published by the American Women's Association of Indonesia. Proceeds from the sale of AWA publications benefit the AWA and its charities. AWA publications are sold at the American Women's Association Center. The AWA cannot ship books overseas; purchases are only accepted in Jakarta.
